Do Not Use Moving Solutions. While talking to sales was told only pay for cu ft you use. If I over \under estimated they would adjust cost. Moving from Az to Mi so was told 5 to 15 business days for shipment to arrive. Was told to ask the driver when our shipment would arrive in Mi. Packing day arrived 4\29. Driver looked at what I already packed and wouldn’t start packing or loading until she called the company and I increased my cu ft. Would not start until she had check in hand. I paid for packing even thou I had packed 80% myself. She only had to pack kitchen, books, and pictures and said she would not pack until I showed her my contract.
the end the driver said I had reached my cu ft and would not pack any more boxes. Would not call the company to increase cu ft. The helper did finally load a few more boxes for us. Driver told us to call customer service for arrival date. Had to call friends to take care of the rest since we were leaving that same day for Mi. Tried calling the company 25 times and each time talked to “ [redacted] ” who said someone would call me back between 9 and 5. Company called back 7 times where I talked to them. And 3 times left no message. Asked 3 times for actual cu ft and only recited what I had purchased. Also asked why they were not callng me back and was told they had nothing to say to me. First I was told 5-15 days for delivery then 30 days than when it gets here. Finally arrived June 23. Was told I would have 24 to 48 hours notice but only received 18 hrs notice. Driver finally arrived at 10pm on 6/22. Said he would be back at 7am but arrived at 8:30am. He unloaded it all by himself and did a terrific job. Measured the portion of the container that contained our belongings and furniture and the space was 300 cu ft less than I had paid for.

I would give a zero star rating if that were an option. Total scam artists. Bait and switch. A two day window as given to us which seemed odd, but the quote was reasonable. The moving company arrived almost two hours late and only arrived with one person. Further, the person said that our cubic feet quote was too low and told us that we owe $1200 more due to increased volume. There was no way that one person could move a heavy chest of drawers and a king size bed, so he told us we needed to wait for more help to arrive. We could not wait. My wife and I think this is all part of the scam in order to charge more foe extra labor to make the move. We told the person to leave our property and are now trying to get our deposit of $1100 back due to the breach in contract for lateness and not being prepared to move our items. Stay away from Top Moving Solutions!

After sending Moving Solutions a detailed video of the household and discussing it at length, their estimate was $5,275.47. We sold some large items after we received the Moving Solutions estimate so we expected the price to be less and the two employees I spoke with agreed. When movers showed up they said the estimate was short by almost 50%. We paid $7,761.46. I called and emailed the sales thief I had spoken to numerous times before (always with quick responses). He still hasn’t contacted me. Moving Solutions is a deceitful, unethical company.
Storage – I needed to store our household for 4-6 months. Moving Solutions quoted $400 per month with 1st month free. A little pricey but it would save moving out stuff a third time. Two months later I get a call from a guy saying our stuff is on a truck and will be delivered in two days. I said, nope. Another Moving Solutions bandit calls minutes later. She said I owed $1,458.00 for the 2nd month of storage. I said I was promised $400 per month. She didn’t care. She offered to unload it again if I was willing to pay $1,458 each month. I said some ugly things. She did me a “favor” and cut the owed month in half. So, I paid $759 for one month of storage. Used car salesmen aren’t this dirty.
This move is costing me about $5K more than “promised”. Moving Solutions is the worst service experience of my life and I’m pretty old.

Top Moving Solutions lied to us during our first call with them. They quoted price and then put us hold. The representative came back on the line and said she spoke to dispatch. Dispatch said they had a truck going from Kansas City to Myrtle Beach and they had room on the truck. We were right on the way. They showed up with an [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Rental Truck.
We were quoted a price based on the inventory we reviewed with them. About 2/3 of the way through packing the truck, we were informed that we had used our allocated space. The only items not on the inventory list were a headboard and a footboard to a bed. They still need to pack our washer and dryer, a chair, a table, and a couple of other items. We were told we had exceeded our allotted area by 200 cubic feet. In order to continue loading the truck we paid over $1,000 to get the rest of our items on the truck.
I tried to call the dispatcher, no way to leave a message. I called and spoke to the AI bot, [redacted] , and she said someone would return our call. I left a couple of messages and have not received a call. I sent an email to [redacted] [redacted] who sent the quote, still no response. I sent an email to their general email address as instructed on their message before you are connected to the bot. I have not received a response.
This company lied to us, under estimated our quote by 200 cubic feet, almost a 25% under estimation, and charged us over a $1000 extra. They do not respond to any form of communication.
I DO NOT recommend this company. I was forced to give 1 star because zero stars were not an option.

Initially agreed to an amount of 2400$ then after coming to the location and picking up half the luggage amount was increased to 4200$ and they did not accept to return the luggage I was forced to accept the new quotation.
They didn’t accept the original packaging material for Television and broke it when they delivered it.
Broke my sofa and they said I should file for insurance available when I filed the insurance they are not registered with the moving solutions
When I disputed the amount 1150$ I initially paid with credit card they raised a complaint on me for 1864.00$
Every day a guy called me from DCI and says I owe them 1800$ this is really frustrating

If I could give 0 starts I would. Unreliable, lack of communication, scam artists. They will quote you a reasonable price for moving and then charge thousands more, They will drop your belongings off at a facility if you don’t agree to the up charges, and you’ll be charged even more to pick it up yourself from the said facility. Currently speaking with an attorney to take legal action but please do not get screwed over like I did. Do not trust this company to help you move your belongings, please look for a more reputable company!!!

After speaking with [redacted] [redacted] , a Senior Moving Consultant at Top Moving Solutions, we made it explicitly clear that our potential move was contingent upon the sale of our home in Maryland and that we had no set moving date. During that conversation, [redacted] [redacted] assured us that if we did not end up selling our home and chose not to move, we could easily request a refund of our $3,673 downpayment with no issues. Unfortunately, when we did request the refund after not selling our home and never setting a move date, we were informed via email that we are not entitled to a refund. The reason given was that the payment secures labor, vehicle space, and scheduling. However, none of this took place. No move was scheduled, no labor was arranged, and no vehicle was allocated, because we had never confirmed a move date. This is deeply deceptive and dishonest. Had we been informed upfront that the downpayment was non-refundable under these circumstances, we would never have proceeded with the payment. We were misled into believing our money was safe in the event that our home did not sell. We believe this business practice is unethical and misleading. We are now pursuing appropriate channels to escalate this matter.

Total scam! Stay away from this moving company! I just had to cancel my move because they quoted me a move for $1,800 total ($1,900). I had to pay $800 down to reserve a spot. They promised me 4 movers with 5+ years of experience each. The guy shows up over 2 hours later than their window with no call. I had to call customer service twice to get a hold of the driver. He pulls up and it's just him and a girl, no other movers. I asked about pricing, he told me it was by the cubic foot. I gave them a walk through of the house, I didn't add any extra stuff to what I originally quoted, in fact I even took stuff off. They had apparently quoted me 400 feet on the phone based off of what I said and then it turned into 1,000 cubic feet when he looked at it. Not to mention, they showed up with a truck that was over half way full already with another persons stuff that was going 2 states over in the opposite direction. On the phone they said it would take maybe two days. In person they said it could easily take 4-5 days to move. They charge an extra $3.10 per cubic foot so and gave me "200 extra for free". They wanted an extra $2,500 in addition to the $800 non refundable deposit I had already paid! I only owed an extra $1,100 initially. We're talking three mattresses, two bed frames, one couch, one chair, a desk, two waist high dressers, one tv/entrainment center and some boxes. I had to tell them to leave and just lose out on my deposit. I'll just move it myself with uhaul for cheaper. If you're thinking about using them or you get matched up with this company from a quote on a website, don't do it!

Terrible customer service. After the first phone call and they get you to sign a contract they are so nasty and rude while on the phone with you after it takes forever to get ahold of someone.
- when you call you will not be able to talk to someone and you have to wait for a call back which doesn’t always happen. However if you would like a speedy phone call tell them you will not sign an updated contract and they will call you within 20 mins…. This is because they only care about taking your money.
- quality assurance checks occur after that cancellation window so if you add stuff expect the price to sky rocket….
- The company is not BBB accredited but they blame to be. See attached image directly from BBB website. I also called the BBB and confirmed.
- they contract out to other companies and the other companies have terrible reviews such as holding items hostage and asking for more money than what was agreed upon in the contract. Lots of items broken or damaged and even comments about having boxes repacked and items stolen.

Do not use this brokerage. Was quoted $5200 then $6400 by [redacted] [redacted] . When the company that they gave the job to wanted $18, 000 when they arrived. We had to negotiate with the mover. Of course, we are on a deadline and no one at Moving Solutions cares. There is NO Excuse for being that far off on a quote. We were also told we would have 30 day of free storage in Lakeland, Fl. The mover new nothing about that either

DO NOT USE THEM! They raised the price of our move as they loaded the truck and. I was told they would cancel the move if I didn't sign right now by the company rep on the phone! The price went from $10K to $15K by the time they were through adding charges. It took them weeks to get our stuff to us. They had stored it in CA. Upon delivery, driver [ who had to be paid in cash before unloading] wouldn't do anything but sit in the cab of his truck! The crew of 4 men who unloaded the truck and were all scattered, I couldn't even keep track of what came off the truck as they keep needing me in different parts of the house with questions. Also two other people’s goods were in the trailer, they had unload someone else’s goods from the trailer to get to my stuff that was loaded in the middle rather than the back. I was the first scheduled stop. It took months to discover what all they had left in the storage site insteed of bringing it to me. They also damaged a lot of what they did deliver. Solid wood furniture arrived with dents, gouges and scrapes. Loveseat and couch also had concealed damage that wasn’t discovered until after they left. We lost about 25% of our goods to loss and major damage that with minor care would have been totally preventable by using furniture pads! Then to top off the total disaster the workers were still re-assembling some of our furniture when one of them noticed that the truck driver had driven off without any of knowing that he was leaving. At this point the four men then ran out to their vehicles and proceed to try to catch the driver as he hadn’t paid them. This left me having to finish re-assembling the furniture myself. Then the next challenge was trying to get them to cover the cost of lost and damaged goods, the don’t even try to assist you just direct you to contact a third-party claims processor. Bottom line is that we lost a lot of money as a result of making the poor choice of using this disreputable firm!

We called top moving solutions as we were looking for a moving company to move from los angeles to Las vegas and spoke to nina. Super sweet on the phone. Told her we had a 2 bedroom apt with the normal amount of stuff. We went through all the furniture and large items in detail and she quoted us for around 2500 dollars and said we would get our stuff the following day from when they picked up. Sounded like a great deal! So we paid 1000 upfront. Fast forward to the week of the move, we have our final call to go over everything again in detail. I tell them how many cbft we have in boxes and give them the dimensions of each piece of furniture. They told me it's more than they originally thought, and it would be 4100. Not super, please, with the price jumping up 1600 but understood they can't accurately quote us 2 months prior to the move, so we paid the addition 900 dollar deposit. Day of the move. The movers come and walk through the apartment and tell us it's actually going to be 6000 dollars!! stunned with the 1900 dollar increase on top of the 1600 dollar increase, we tried bargaining with them, but they said that's the price, take it, or leave it. they also told us it could take up to 6 business days for them to deliver, which wasn't what we were told on our original call. (we only packed for 2 nights due to the information we were told prior) being that we needed to be out of the apartment that day and had no other way to move our belongings, we were forced to pay the 6k. our items arrive 6 days after they loaded the truck. this is nothing short of extortion, and a civil lawsuit will be filed. please, please, please save yourself the headache and do your research before hiring movers so you don't have to learn the hard way

I find it difficult to give this company even a one star rating. Do not do business with them! They don’t represent themselves for what they actually are-a broker! They not only had us put up a cash deposit of over $7000 but wanted us to send them postal money orders of over $12,000 before they would even load a truck! They had not even given us a firm date when the truck would arrive and we had to be out of our home. We dug in and did more research. When we found out who we were actually dealing with we canceled our move. Even though they were not meeting their part of the contract, they would not refund all or any part of the deposit! They pocketed $7000 and did nothing! I could go on and on, but I am worn out from this whole experience.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. After reading other reviews I should have researched this information in the first place. Sales rep Patrick S [redacted] [redacted] quoted my business. I was first going to move 267 miles away but then decided to stay in my own neighborhood that is literally 2 min from the current home I live in. I had made several attemtps to talk to Patrick, called office, called his cell phone, sent text messages and emails to his work email address. My concern was I put down $1k deposit for a long haul move and this would not be the cost for the service I need now. I had kept in touch for the time frame requried and when I did not need such a far away move there was no communication from this company. At this point I reached out wanting my deposit back; Ashley from the office decided to call me to tell me there would not be a refund for my request was out of the time frame on the contract....I made several attempts that would have been within the guidelines of deposit being returned. Happy about a sale Patrick S [redacted] [redacted] failed to point out the consequences of any cancellation and Ashley said all she could do was give me another quote with out getting any credit or reimbursement for my deposit. I will be contacting my bank so their fraud department can look into this transaction. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Initial quote ~$5500. Final quote ~$15000. Quoted four days to deliver house items. When the movers arrived only needed two days so our clothes, furniture and other stuff sat in a trailer for three days. Two people did all of the moving and packing. Took them 13 hours. A day and a half. Initially told us they would have three people. In my experience, movers usually use four people. Upon arrival they wouldn’t unload our items unless we paid the remainder owed, ~$9000. Some of our items were missing and broken. What can we do, they’ve already been paid. Had the nerve to ask for a tip. Took them seven hours to unload and put the furniture together. Again, they only had two movers. Do not look at reviews at other websites. I’ve read these reviews here at the bbb and they’re pretty accurate. Patrick is terrible. Won’t return phone calls. There’s a reason that this company is not rated by bbb. Take heed.

This company is full of manipulative lies and scams. Every step of the way has been one person saying one thing then when another person gets involved it’s a different story with finger pointing saying “ I don’t know why you think you were told that” and blames us. Once they had our goods the contract changes. What could we do then? Then it was supposedly my asking for 2-3 weeks and they wanted to charge us storage for that time period. Never ever use these guys. They use more than one business name so be careful.

DO NOT USE TOP MOVING SOLUTIONS. Deliberately lied about timeframe for delivery and as a result our parents (we were moving them into a memory care facility) spent a month in an empty apartment. When they finally arrived, they make you pay them before they will even open the truck. Four boxes and several items of furniture were missing and they refuse to acknowledge they are missing, let alone share the process of how to recover the items. Ryan K [redacted] , the owner, was incredibly nasty in his email communication (when he even deigned to communicate, which was very little). I don't have the words to describe how horrible this experience was. We will now have to take legal measures to be compensated for our parents' lost belongings, including expensive artwork. DO NOT USE.

I’m a physician about to start working at a new location in the coming months.
I hired Moving Solutions to make a 201 mile move for a 1 bed/1 bath apartment. I called them and spoke with Patrick S [redacted] [redacted] (Senior Moving Consultant) and provided him with the details of my move and roughly the number of boxes needed
Patrick gave me an estimate of $2,698.10. My workplace got in touch with the company and paid the amount.
The day the movers arrived (in a [redacted] [redacted] truck, not in a Moving Solutions vehicle) they take pictures and begin the paperwork with the understanding that final price may slightly vary from the estimate. With 75% of my things packed and moved out of the apartment - the movers tell me to [redacted] “the remainder” of the amount; demanding an additional $3,400 ON TOP of the estimate that was already paid - for a total of over $7,000. They would not move any further items in or out of my apartment until receipt to their personal [redacted] .
Ultimately, my company got in touch with Patrick. Moving Solutions had presented the initial amount as an “estimate” - NOT a deposit of any sort. Patrick falsely claimed that the actual amount of items I had far exceeded the amount reported in the estimate. He then proceeds to hanging up and blocking my company’s number.
Ultimately we had to pay the $3,400 in order to get my already packed things delivered.
The next morning, I called Moving Solutions with a different phone number. I proceeded to obtaining an estimate under a different name - detailing the exact distance, number of boxes, and exact items that had ACTUALLY been moved (no estimate, it was the exact stuff that had been shipped during the actual move) - I got an estimate for $2,798.83, and supposedly with further discounts it would be $2,300 roughly. I specifically asked if I would need to pay the actual movers in person - the agent said NO (inconsistent with my actual experience the day prior during the move).

While we had a number of problems with this company none of them compare to us only receding half of our household. Of the 215 items picked up only 121 were received. I can’t even process this! Of the items we did receive there was so much damage it’s just heartbreaking.

We had a very disappointing experience with Top Moving Solutions, LLC. We have tried multiple times and different avenues to resolve this issue.
First and foremost, they failed to provide the service we scheduled. We reached out multiple times to inquire about the situation, but our requests were dismissed. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark with minimal communication from their team and no response from the owner, Ryan K [redacted] [redacted]
To make matters worse, we had requested a refund for the deposit due to their inability to deliver on their promise. Despite several follow-ups, we have yet to receive any response or money back. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
Overall, we found the customer service to be extremely lacking. We expected a professional and responsive approach, but instead, faced silence and inaction. We will never recommend Top Moving Solutions LLC to anyone looking for reliable service.
Save yourself the trouble and look for a reputable and honest company.

My experience is like so many negative ones I have since (regretfully) read.
I was quoted an initial price of $3,000 after negotiating with the Sales rep (Ben). He offered multiple discounts and a drop off of 3 items (lawyer's chest, chair, king size bed) at my parents' house "for free," which was 1.5 miles from the pick-up destination. The next day I let him know I forgot to include a washer and dryer, which he estimated to be an addition of $300.
6 days later I sent him pictures of each item to which he responded "Always good to get a visual, I will add these pics to your file." However, it was confirmed that never happened nor did he add the washer or dryer to the file.
There were only a few changes between the $3,300 quote and the move: The removal of 2 items: a 1) lawyer's cabinet and 2) chair and the addition of 3 items: a 1) a small bedside table, 2) desk, and 3) "microformer" (mini pilates machine). However the final payment cost us 42% more than the quoted $3,300 at $4,695.
I expressed frustration with the movers and they had someone (Steve) from the company call me. He had zero concern with my frustration, even telling me that I should write a review "if it made me feel better" and threatened that they could also remove any discounts. Additional red flags: The truck they used was massive compared to the amount of furniture we moved and the cost per cubic foot ($5/ea) was the same despite some items going 1.5 miles to my parents' house and others going 213 miles to the final destination.
In addition to the wildly inaccurate cost estimate: the movers damaged 3 of our items (a broken foot and bent foot on an entertainment center, torn leather upholstery on a dining room chair, and a damaged corner of an entrance table)--a fact we did not realize until the day after the move.
Avoid this company.

Showed up physcially to quote us and somehow still missed big things like our dresser. Luckily this was corrected with a follow up call.
Day of the move, showed up in a random rental truck, fine whatever. Dressed up in random clothes (web site shows them in company shirts) and wearing flip-flops.
Then proceeds to ask me what needs to be moved. I ask repeatedly for a copy of the manifest as it has the list of what they are taking (we're moving other stuff on our own). Finally they show me this pixilated screenshot of our manifest which is completely illegible.
Eventually I just rebuild the list with them. However this caused a mix up where they packed a bunch of totes that were not on the original manifest causing them to not pack any of the bigger items from our kids room or dinning room due to hitting the cubit foot estimate.
They refused to correct the packing situation (once the mistake was realized) as the items were already on the truck. Since we were already at the cubic foot limit I couldn't get the rest of our stuff on the half empty truck as they would have charged us an additional ~$1700.
Additionally they do do disassembly and reassembly of the furniture. Yet they bring zero tools with them to perform this work. So I had to provide them a phillips and hex tool to do this work.
Wrapping things up on delivery, they refused to unpack initially after my wife paid the remainder (I was still at the old place) as they wanted her to sign that everything was delivered and not damaged, even though it was still on the truck (police were called). They broke part of our wood bed frame and lost the screws for it as well.They then proceed to lie to my wife and say "he never took us in the kids room", trying to excuse themselves of not taking our kids stuff.

WORST COMPANY!!!!! DO NOT USE! They were completely unethical, charged me three times what they quoted me, added in costs that we never discussed, and pretended to be the actual moving company when they are just a brokerage firm. THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Then when I had horrible issues with the moving company they hired for me they did nothing and took no responsibility or liability. HORRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

I had a very disappointing experience with Top Moving Solutions.
Before signing a contract, I explained our house size and room numbers and sent pictures of all the items we would move. The sales representative assigned me a truck based on the photos I sent and the size of my house. He said the allocated truck would be more than enough to carry all moving items. He asked me to pay $2200 as a deposit. I wrote the requested deposit amount on a personal check, took a picture, and sent it to him. After negotiating and signing a contract for a move that totaled approximately $6,000, the company suddenly demanded a revised payment of over $11,000 just two days before the scheduled moving date. This dramatic increase was completely unjustified and a clear breach of our agreement.
When we decided to cancel due to this unfair price hike, the company was unresponsive and failed to acknowledge our cancellation request properly. I asked full deposit refund. But they refused to refund the deposit. They even terminated our contract, preventing us from accessing further communication. On the day of the move, no one showed up.
I strongly advise against using Top Moving Solutions due to their unprofessionalism and lack of reliability. Save yourself time, stress, and money by choosing a different moving company.

These people will tell you one price for the entire move after they check and re-check the amount/volume of household goods you are moving. They also give you the impression you are dealing with them from beginning to end, and that could not be the farthest thing from the truth. The price of the move continues to increase as other moving companies, with whom you never dealt, appear on your moving scene. They design their moving scheme to ensure that you cannot change companies when you awaken to their bogus/misleading prices and schedules. They prey on people's vulnerability during long-distance moves with tight/well-defined timelines. Then, when you finally get your household goods, you will find some missing and others broken/damaged.

PLS READ!!! BEWARE OF SCAM!!!
If you still want to book with this scam moving company even after the negative reviews on [redacted] [redacted] , [redacted] , and BBB - I suggest you use a credit card so you have no issues getting your money back. They’ll try to say it’s an extra free for credit card, that’s how they get you to not use it therefore to keep your money! They gave us a quote for about $3,500 for a 5 hour move drive. We also provided a list of items we had that needed to be moved. Day of arrival , they were late and stated they needed an additional $4,000 to move all of our items. The workers were not interested at all to move our stuff as they suggested we should move it ourselves. The customer service was EXTREMELY rude!! They will intentionally quote you a lower price , make you pay a deposit (you’ll never get back unless you call your bank), and then try to double charge you to complete the move. The hassle leasing up to receiving my items was bad (e.g., the extra charges; locating my items; etc.) The delivery was worse. My belongings were delivered yesterday, 7/12/24). Here is how that went:
1. The legs to my sofa are missing.
2. My brand new mattress that I slept on for less than a month is streaked up. It's an actual nightmare
3. They gave me two belongings. One, a nice chestnut dresser and the other a mint green nightstand. They looked surprised when I told them they did not belong to me.
4. They forgot their tools to assemble my bed (I provided), and they did not put together my book shelf or cat tree.
5. They did not call 24 hours in advance before delivering my items like they said they would. I found out 5 hours before my move that they were charging an additional $507 because their truck could not come down my street. I picked them up and dropped them off to rent a [redacted] [redacted] .
6. The 3 companies that they do business with don’t take accountability and keep blaming each other. Completely unprofessional.
7. I did more unpacking of my bigger items (e.g., televisions, coffee table, etc.) than the movers did because they said they were only contracted to assemble the bed. After telling them that was not what I was told, they helped with the coffee table. I unwrapped my couch, which they could not put together because my legs to the couch are missing. All of these things that went wrong but they want the money before they deliver your items. What I paid for and what I got is completely different.
8. They forgot my desk in their 18-wheeler. I made another trip to where their truck was to identify my desk that they left, which was intertwined with another person’s belongings.
Moving Solutions treated me like a paycheck, not a valued customer. I have MISSING and DAMAGED items. My move was over $5,000 and I truly feel taken advantage of. If you want a hassle free move, or even a little peace of mind, think twice before doing business with Moving Solutions.

Moving Solutions lied repeatedly about being a mover and not a broker. They did not move my belongings but instead brokered the move out to another company with numerous complaints, and the cost almost doubled after my furniture was loaded on the truck. I actually had less goods than were on the original quote to move, but was charged over $700 more for additional cubic feet, In addition there were another $1600 in charges not on the binding estimate. After they received their deposit fee they never answered my phone calls.

This is my experience with a cross-country move from California to Virginia using Moving Solution. Please avoid using them. They are merely a broker/middleman and take no responsibility after you sign the contract.
Once you sign, a "dispatch" team arrives at your place, claiming you have too much stuff and demanding you pay double the quoted price, regardless of whether you had a virtual or in-person survey. Despite completing two surveys, I was asked to pay twice the amount on moving day. The dispatch team assigned to me was [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Moving. They were extremely unprofessional, constantly updating the contract, and charging additional fees throughout the day and leaving whole drawer worth kitchen stuff here and there.
I opted for the full packing service, which was supposed to include all supplies, according to the Moving Solution team. However, I was charged an extra $150 for using one additional box for my clothes. After "negotiation," I ended up paying $1500 EXTRA for this move, and they demanded cash only.
I could go on, but the bottom line is to avoid Moving Solution or any broker/middleman company. I reached out Moving solution six times to confirm the moving date in Virginia 30 days in advance, but they just ignored my emails so far. This experience has been so stressful that I considered seeking legal help or giving up on my belongings altogether.

Using this scam of a company was the biggesy mistake I have ever made. If I had time I would sue them for taking $11k from me after what was supposed to be between 5-6K. I will never use any business without looking at their bbb rating and reviews ever again. If I could give a negative 10 star I would. This company absolutely scams people and they should be put in prison!!!!
Run far from these people and do your research beyond the website reviews.

FRAUD AND THIEVES. They stole money from me and broke my stuff. They were several hours late. They were supposed to move my furniture from League City to 2 locations in San Antonio and relocate furniture from the 1st destination stop to the 2nd destination stop. They hired a different company to do the actual moving. Their drivers/movers were unprofessional and barely spoke any English and they came in a [redacted] [redacted] rental truck. They also didn’t come with proper tools to disassemble and reassemble the furniture. Their driver took my drill and was using it without even asking me. Their drivers arrived and tried to charge me $500 more to move my stuff. They said I added more stuff, which I did not. Everything was clearly itemized on the contract. I was then told by Moving Solutions that they would only charge $110 more ($55 for a box for my tv and $65 for a mattress cover). They charged me the $110 but never provided a box for my tv or a mattress cover. The driver said I could pay by [redacted] [redacted] . So, I did. The company then said they didn’t take accept [redacted] [redacted] and made me pay the entire amount in money orders. They wouldn’t unload my furniture until I paid the entire amount with money orders. They said they didn’t even have a [redacted] [redacted] account and they were supposed to contact [redacted] [redacted] to refund the [redacted] [redacted] payment to me. This was a lie. They did have a [redacted] [redacted] account. Instead of contacting [redacted] [redacted] to decline the transaction, they kept the [redacted] [redacted] payment and the money orders. The company is no longer responding to me. They need to refund the $1102.50 [redacted] [redacted] payment they stole from me, refund the $110 for the false charges, and address my broken furniture. My sofa and bed was damaged by their movers. They kept trying to up the moving costs during my move and hold my furniture hostage. They also tried not to do the services that they were contracted to do. They tried to not do the relocation of the furniture from the 1st stop to the 2nd stop even though it was in the contract.

WORSE MOVING EXPERIENCE.
Moving from Chicago to Newburgh In.2 bedroom condo. Cost : $10000 when estimate was about $3500. I was charged extra when move was not completed in one day. (About $950) They arrived late and were 2 guys instead of 3 as expected.
The guys did not want to come back to complete my move. Had to bribe them $200 for them to return.
Did damage to my furniture: holes in a perfect armchair, chip on my headboard, very dirty sofas etc…
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Then they do not want to give you their address to send a claim. Extremely bad experience. Dishonest.DO NOT USE.

I think this business should be sued by all of the people who’s reviews I am adding to . I did EVERYTHING that was required in Terms of preparing for a smooth transition starting with an early reservation ( discount applied) ,
Senior citizen discount -applied etc as the time to move approaches I knew I had an increased # of items so during my “Quality Assurance “call I informed them and included an itemized list with every measurement of every item . Once adjustment was made and requoted on the cubic feet, the price went from $3500 To $6000. When the actual real movers arrived they recalculated the cubic feet and the price doubled again !!!!! incorrect and the $500 BULK FEE did not cover my larger items including a 2 person hot tub which the crew were not prepared to move without additional men ….
TOP MOVING SOLUTIONS said there was nothing they could do- it was up to me to negotiate with the moving Forman . No refund. and they now have $3500. of my money. I would gladly initiate a class action lawsuit against this company and shut them down . They are NOT movers and absolute BAD BROKERS - outright thieves. The only reason 1 star is highlighted is to get this review posted .

I so regret using this company. After interviewing several companies. I went with Top Moving solutions only to find out they over promised and under delivered. I went over a detailed list of my belongings right down to the broom mop and dustpan, yet the day of delivery they charged me for 50% more. I was guaranteed the truck would have marks showing exactly how much space was used, it did not, it was a haul. Now 16 days from pick up no one can tell me where my belongings are. Not dispatch, not customer service no one. All I get are nasty responses without identifying who I’m talking to. At this point I truly believe they have lost my shipment, literally everything we own. They change the delivery schedule every time I talk to someone it’s different. I just want to know where my belongs are and an estimate of when they will be delivered. It’s been 16 days they should be there by now.

DO NOT HIRE!! Run Estimate started in the $7 000's $10962 + $1,037.50 Final $11,999.50 They quote low, then jack their price up after they already have a third of your money. Shadey payment methods cash/ [redacted] . They show up without enough people and materials to pack your stuff. They left for more packing materials 3 times. Still short, ended up wrapping my stuff in my comforters. Furniture in storage. They then lost several large pieces of my furniture. My dressers & my clothes, my nightstand with every photograph we have. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are a couple of thousand words. I'm retired military and have moved dozens of times all over the world and have never seen anything close to this. In what world could any have loaded a truck like that and think that it's ok to do that to someone's belongings? I was pressured to take this down once they located my missing items, and I agreed. It took over a month for them to get us the rest of our stuff. They told me that if I take it down my review “they would make this right”. Over a month later they haven’t done anything other than what they were paid to do albeit extraordinarily badly! After they failed to deliver our stuff on the 2nd delivery date their manager Steve gave me. I was ghosted by them. When I called, I got their answering service. It wasn't until I had to threaten legal action that they called me back. Our missing stuff once delivered was as beat up as the rest of my furniture. The nightstand handles were both broken off my bottom dresser drawer was completely broken off of its slide as well and the back was pulled off the dresser. Call this lesson learned to stick with the big 4 [redacted] [redacted] , [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] , [redacted] [redacted] , and [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] . This was the most disastrous move ever! They start with a low price, making promises and even have you sign a contract with those low prices on it. EVEN after the first walk through was done, the prices were not changed. Nothing changed, and they do another walk through and my price was increased $1200. They show up in a rented [redacted] [redacted] truck at 2pm a day later than we were told, with no boxes. The movers didn't even know they had to pack us (even though it's on the contract). They had to go to [redacted] and buy boxes. Our stuff was moved from one truck to another, to another, to another and then to one more before we ever got it. The lady in the front office is the most rude person I've ever talked to. She's condescending and gets defensive. Heard from the movers that the moving company didn't even pay them, and that is why we had to pay CASH to the movers. This is the most hokey moving company I've ever used, and I have used a lot! DO NOT GET SUCKED IN WITH THEIR LOW PRICES. It changes 2 or 3 times even if you are upfront in the beginning, they will change your prices.

I used Top Moving Solutions and it was an absolute nightmare. First they did not disclose they are a Broker who solicit third party companies to move you. Let me back track they quoted me $2500 to move me from Little Elm TX to McKeesport Pa sound too good to be true so I went went them. I paid them $1070 up front and when I received the phone call to go over the things I wanted moved I was told it was an additional $485 needed now with a balance still owed. The 2nd party who was to come pack up my house claims he couldn't make it because he was stuck in a snow storm in Albuquerque NM 12/14/2023 however he did show up on Friday 12/15/2023 in a [redacted] [redacted] Rental Truck and it was at that time I was told it was going to cost $8600 minus what I had already paid and gave me a $600 discount I am in no position to cancel because I had given my landlord the final date as 12/15/2023. I was then told they the 2nd company would not be delivering my goods to McKeesport. Now I'm hot!!! I called the company only to be told they had 21 days to deliver my goods. The nightmare continues I received a phone call from the driver advising me my things would be delivered on 1/5/2024 never showed up It was when I called he told me had to have the tire repaired and would be there the following day, Did I mention this is the 3rd person I had to deal with. The driver arrived at about 4pm the next day with someone he hired in McKeesport to help him unload my goods. 2 men unloading my things which included w/d, refrigerator, dishwasher, a dresser amongst other heavy items not to mention it had been snowing and it gets dark early so you have these guys unloading in the dark of which I had to provide them with a light to see inside the truck. I had a beautiful wall mirror that I did not get but you know what it doesn't matter I'm glad I have my things. Do not use this company , they well bait and switch on you pricing. They won’t ask you about insurance, I haven’t received my paperwork for delivery. I have lots of missing items, keep adding more charges. The list goes on and on and on. No communication, won’t return phone calls. I believe they should be put out of business. Really nice when they want your business, then they just keep sucking you in. Do not use this company.

Just a note of Customer Beware. Jan 2022, Top Moving Solutions I worked w/had an office in Kentucky & a sales person on staff in Fl. This review is basically to say Buyer Beware. The Ky Branch that I worked with was very disappointing, but worse a costly mistake to contract w/them for me.
Do not sign a contract with these people based on an estimated cubic feet of your move, insist that they do a walk through and give you a firm number of cu. feet & Firm total cost.
What happened to me to send this Buyer Beware; I did a facetime walk through with the Florida Rep. He saw everything we had and said I had 3000 Cubic feet of contents. His number was an estimate. His number was 3000 before signing the contract and making a deposit.
On day of loading we had a physical walk through, and they said, no we had 4500 cubic feet. My move went from 15,000$ estimate to 27,000$ actual cost. They showed up the day before we would close on our house. With no option I agreed to pay the 27,000$'s (12,000 higher than the Florida Reps Est & Quote.)
#1, Don't agree to an estimated cost with this company, they underestimated my move by 50% and 12,000$. If you work with them insist on a walk through & a firm cost quote before you sign. 2nd, don't make a deposit to confirm truck and crew. The Truck's that showed up were two small trucks one a Rent a truck, the 2 trucks required 2 1/2 truck loads to remove our contents.
When they delivered our contents, we received 2 truck loads not 2 1/2 loads removed, among the half load not delivered was a motion Bed that cost us 1700$ to replace.
Not saying don't book w/them, I'm saying get a firm not estimated Moving charge, don't make a deposit, had I canceled when I realized cost was 27000$ day of move, deposit of 5000$ wud have been forfeited. Fine print, you lose in any debate. 12,000+1,700$ missing motion bed, my move w/TopMovingSolutions cost 13,700 more than expected.
My contract was w/TPS, Fl rep said truck and crew were their ppl.

Don't even want to give 1 star. This company is a scam. They misquote prices. We canceled per their instructions but they would never confirm. The wouldn't return calls or acknowledge email cancellations per their instructions. Then say they were never informed that we wanted to cancel. They never showed up to move us so obviously knew we canceled. Now refuse to give down payment back. Some good advice from reputable company, if movers want a down-payment find someone else.

This company is absolutely horrendous. They didn’t properly quote my cross state move. They didn’t properly tag & scan my items. I had and an entire truck stolen plus over $13,000 in damaged items. Yes- stolen. Many heirlooms are gone. The company uses a third party claims department who are useless. They tried to settle for $112 with me on a move that was over $18,000 plus stolen & damaged item. The company admitted to me that the drive stole my items.

I am very frustrated. The price i am charged is double what was estimated. This is crazy. I was to trusting of this company and we got screwed. I was under the impression moving solutions was an all encompassing mover, yet a group here was subcontractors. They were great guys, but it's not them, it's MOVING SOLUTIONS that is deceitful. I was under the impression that the square footage you quoted was the size of a typical [redacted] truck, not half of it! This is awful! And we did most of the packing ourselves.

This company is either incompetent or predatory, either way do yourself a favor and pick anyone else.
My mother picked this company because when she said she wanted to weigh her options the rep said they had a truck coming down and could offer us a deal. This should have been a red flag. This led us to believe that the company would be doing the actual moving but in reality they charged us about 3,000 dollars to simply contract out the job to 1.1 out of 5 stars company. In addition they doubled the original estimate blaming us for the inaccurate information. This is inline with other reviews. I wish we had read them going in.
When I brought concerns about the company Top Moving Solutions chose they were patronizing and immediately defensive and insulting. The representative was unwilling to have a productive conversation. At points in the call it was impossible to get a word in as he was berating me for how offensive my concerns about the abysmal reviews were. The representative took every opportunity to escalate the situation. When I was direct about the inaccurate quote the sale rep inferred I was incapable of doing math and became outright hostile.
The representative, ended with “If you wanted help you shouldn’t have started out by insulting our company”. It feels important to point out that only facts about the situation were stated and a few concerns. They clearly had no intention of helping us which is the crux of the issue as that is their only role as brokers.
There is no point to Top Moving Solutions business. They are a middleman who provides no additional services or value, in fact you lose money because they take a cut at the start when they are presenting themselves as your would-be movers. If their service isn’t bad enough their abusive customer service and aggressive sales tactics make them truly awful. Avoid this company at all costs, they should not be allowed to operate.

Best advertisement for [redacted] . My experience was that of empty promises and passing the buck. My initial phone call went well. I was given a quote and told that I would need to sign up for a 2 day window. I asked for some time to consider. The salesmen, Ben, insisted on getting me to commit then. After discussing price, I said the biggest barrier for me was the 2 day window and I really needed pick up on the 1st day. He assured me that, though I needed agree to the 2 day window, appropriate arrangements were made and my forms noted to ensure that I was picked up the first day. That did not happen. I was not informed until midday that I would have to wait. After speaking with Ben again, he blamed the vendor and ensured I was scheduled for pick up between 9 and 11 the following day. Later I received a call to confirm the window. To make the change work I coordinated with both my current and previous landlords, and helped the move out cleaner navigate my unmoved items, as well as call off of work during a major event the following day. It wasn't super comfortable but despite what I was told prior sending in my deposit I did agree to the timeframe. The following day, I was not picked up between 9 and 11. I was not contacted until 2:30pm when I was told the movers were on their way. I had to wave them off since my leasing office was closed and I could not get into my apartment. There was no communication to plan around for the 5.5 hours they were late. The following day, I rented a [redacted] for 1/6 the price and loaded and unloaded it myself. When I called the next day, I was told that Top Moving Solutions felt they had held their end of the deal, and they would not be returning my 1K+ deposit. Customer service blamed the moving company and defended that they had brokered the move appropriately. Every step of the way through the process everyone I spoke with blamed someone else. This company is happy to take your money and accept failure from their vendors at your expense.

I got ripped off big time. I was originally quoted 2800.Then I got the next quote when they went over my inventory. The quote was around 3058. Well they must have sold my contract. The driver that showed up in my opinion was a thief. I was told that they did not estimate correctly. The bill in the end was around 4900.00 I made phone calls no one cared . Can't leave zero stars. Absolutely most ridiculous company I have ever come across in all my years of serving my country and many moves. Did a complete exact walk thru over the phone w Sammy. Was given a quote. When movers came, DOUBLE the cost. How the heck do you make a 900cu ft mistake that cost you the consumer an extra 6k? Seriously? And then no accountability by the company. Never once did they send a detailed invoice of items. Why don't I get a detailed/ itemized list to double verify? Because they make extra money. That is what they hid behind. Will be going to BBB and filling the complaint. Then telling every single Veteran and Civilian I can reach about this scamming company. Mac reassured me I was not dealing with scam artist. Shame on me. That should have told me right there not to trust them. Please, please go with another company. The 2 ladies I had to talk to think that I made the error instead of their employee. I would absolutely not make an additional $6000 mistake.

We consider our interaction with this company complete and are not seeking compensation or any other form of redress, so this is a review rather than a complaint. It is for the purpose of gathering information regarding this company. Space is limited, but we have far more detailed notes which we will share with the BBB if requested. This site indicates the BBB had contacted this company to rectify a pattern of questionable practices in June 2023. As of 11 July 2023, we can confirm that this pattern continues.
In general:
1. This company repeatedly makes promises it makes little effort to keep. The pick up window constantly moved and was missed. Communication was absent - we had to chase them for information. We paid extra for a larger truck they did not provide.
2. Company cavalierly lies to its customers. Lied about the communications with the drivers and our own interactions with the management. Kept referencing a contract different to what we had signed. Claimed lawyers were reviewing and writing documents as a scare tactic when they had obviously written these themselves. The crew was not vetted and one had previous theft accusations.
3. Several attempts to leverage the deposit and our possessions to secure early payments. They were quick to deposit money and tried several times to pull up payments earlier in the process. When called on this, they immediately denied they had done it. Only cash or money order was insisted upon post business hours on a Saturday night. This was essentially extortion.
3. The company representatives are abusive, dishonest, and unstable. Despite insisting a particular individual cease contact, he repeatedly texted and called. He made many threats and attempted extortion.
4. The treatment of the crew is dangerous. Drove all day, were loading until after midnight and were planning to drive all night, drop off our goods, then do their next pick up. It was well over a 24 hour day with over 16 hours of driving.

Worst moving experience of my life. Do not let them lie to you. I trusted this moving company. They threatened to hold my belongings hostage until I paid 2x more than what was initially discussed. I paid for a full service move and no boxes were packed. I paid $900 for an extra 30 boxes to be packed and only 4 were packed. Only 1/4 of my belongings that were quoted were loaded on the truck. DO NOT use this company. I have filed a criminal charges against the business. Don’t let them lie to you and mislead you like they did me. I WILL NEVER use this company again. The good: they were able to pick up 7 days after contact. Both pick up and delivery went well. Driver and crew adequately did the job. Initial cost estimate was lower than final cost (almost double) due to some more items and probable initial poor or under quote.
The bad: Initial delivery was to be in less than a week from Phoenix to east coast. Instead jobs were taken out west and our loaded items were put in storage. Two weeks after pick up a truck was finally loaded again and headed east, but broke down a few days later. Although informed of a couple days delay, and a one day fix, in reality the issue was more serious and an additional week lost waiting for yet another truck. Items were unloaded and loaded again onto this now third truck of the move. In the end we received everything 2 days short of 4 weeks. Promises seemed flat out wrong with what appears to be misinformation to the customer.

This company is scam. They give low quote over phone without looking at anything and tell you that someone will call you prior to your pick up. Someone does call up and ask for photos, just to give another revised quote. Every time they call, they ask for additional deposits which is not refundable (since they only call 2-3 days prior to pick up, refundable term is for 7 days prior to pick up), then when trucker comes he eyeballs the inventory and gives a quote which is 3 times more than the first guy talked to you. You can make better decisions if you get the right quote in the first place! This company is scam and rude. They are expert in cheating people. They also doubled the quote for storage than what was informed over phone. It’s been very rude and unprofessional, irresponsible people company. I don’t know how they are having A+ rating in BBB. Don’t use this company, they know you are stuck with them as your inventory is with them!

STOLEN TACTICAL GEAR, MISSING AWARDS, LOST ITEMS, DAMAGED PROPERTY!
This company does not respond at all to missing items, we had to file a POLICE Report just to get the manager of the warehouse on the phone to find all of the stuff we had missing from our delivery! They broke multiple items including our TV, wooden benches, and deliberately broke into our tough box with Military tactical gear in it, and stole over $1000 dollars of property!
Never use this company! They also do not allow for any credit cards to be used to pay except for the initial deposit which locks you in!

Really special people with this company... They stole all of my belongings and thousands of dollars. Since I have cancer, and am at a greater weakness, EVEN BETTER!! It just mad their job easier. I'm still waiting for them to realize we are not going away. We are definitely going down this "rabbit hole" until they produce our stuff intact and in full! The owner considers this matter to be closed and has said he's done dealing with it. (we still don't have our belongings, a date of delivery, or even a reputable company that HAS our stuff!) and, they think they're done???They are not legit! DO NOT USE!

Do not trust this company. They estimated $2600 and I ended up paying $5100. They make you feel like there's this sense of urgency with getting the best deal. Additionally, they will only take cash, check, [redacted] , or [redacted] payments. This is the #1 sign of fruad.
If you have a complaint they will call you an idiot and refuse your requests to speak with a manager. They lie about their pricing and make false promises.
Dealing with them was not only financially damaging but also emotionally and mentally. I need therapy after this experience.

I would give negative stars if possible. Run far away from this company. They are simply a broker who will take your money and sell your job to the lowest bidder. Once a random driver shows up and begins to charge you more for your move, you are left without a path forward except to forfeit your deposit and face multiple charges. You can only cancel SEVEN DAYS PRIOR to your move date, but they wont call tl confirm your move until you are within that windlw. By then, its too late and the screw job is on. Then our move turned into chasing multiple companies for answers as to where our belongings were and when we'd receive them. We were left with nothing, but our suitcases for over a week. I can't begin to describe how worthless this company is and the people you are forced to deal with. I hope they experience true Karma.

If you want to be RIPPED OFF this is the company to use They will [redacted] you over every way they can !!!!! There's not enough space on this site to start to tell you how BAD there are. They promise you the world but [redacted] you over when they find some other moving company to show up .THEY ARE NOT A MOVING COMPANY !!!! they are a broker they find other companys to pick up your stuff and then they show up and want a TON more money after you pay your deposit that you cant get back They [redacted] you over BIG TIME PLEASE PLease Do NOT use this Company .they want Thousands of extra dollars to move your belongings They say they are AAA rated by the BBB but if they are bad news for the BBB If you want to be held hostage and pay a ton of extra money for what they promise to do then have at it. Believe me I would love to meet up with their Mr Scott or Bill some night, those Lying [redacted] [redacted]
